La Terraza is a 107-unit mixed-use complex in the Melrose Commons section of the Bronx, located on Third Avenue and 158th Streets. It commands an enormous frontage along both Third Avenue and East 158th Street, just north of a playground that occupies a full city block - a primary open space in this section of Melrose. Bounded by Third Avenue to the West and Brook Avenue to the East, this building has the most public presence of any of the new buildings in Melrose Commons.

La Terraza received a New York City Brownfield Award for Affordable Housing from the New York City Partnership of Brownfield Practitioners in 2011 and a Housing Design Award Citation from the Boston Society of Architects in 2012.
