Courtlandt Homes is a series of 12 two- and three-family townhouses built under the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development's New Foundations program. These buildings were created to provide affordable home ownership options to the residents of the Bronx.

The townhouses are located in Melrose Commons on a city block bounded by 159th Street, 160th Street, and Courtlandt Avenue. The buildings are brick-clad and wood-joist construction. The owner's duplex unit is located on the first and second floor with one or two rental units above. The owners are provided with either indoor or on-site parking, taking advantage of a generous lot size. Open space is also provided for residents.
